In order to provide a better level of service, access to the Metastorm Customer Zone, Partner Zone, and ProVision support site is now provided through Metastorm Community Central, also known as MC2. You will need to register; here are the steps to follow. It should only take a few minutes.
1. Click on the ‘Register’ link or button at the top of the page or on the Sign-In screen.
2. Provide the requested information on the registration form.
NOTE: If you have an existing Customer Zone, Partner Zone, or ProVision support site login, select yes to “Already have a Customer or Partner Zone account?”, and then enter your login credentials.
If you are a ProVision customer, entering your existing username and password will link you to your existing ProVision account so you can see your existing cases.
Do not use the Authorization Code field unless you have been given an authorization code. This is not a license number.
3. After the registration form is completed, click ‘Create User’.
4. A ‘Registration of New User Account’ page is now displayed stating that you will receive an email at the address specified on the registration form.
5. In the email are 2 URLs. The first is a link to the Community Terms of Service. The second, longer URL is used to verify your identity and complete the next step of the registration.
6. This URL will bring up a screen enabling you to select a display name. Then click ‘Submit’.
7. This should take you to the community. From the community, you can access the other sites and also post messages here.

Remember that when signing in, the User Name is the email address and the password is the one entered on the registration form. Once you sign in, your display name is in use. No one sees your email address.

8. If this URL does not bring up a display name screen, you are still validated and can sign in to the Community. Once you are in the Community, go to My Settings and change your Display Name.

Hi
I've create an account, but without entering partner login and password information.
I have two questions:
Is there any possibiblity to update this information, or I should create new account?
Could few different guys from our company create the fidderent logins with the same partner login account?

We are actually fixing the update registration page and hopefully it will be published in an hour or two (pending testing). Once completed, you will be able to use the same login and just update the registration page with your credentials.
You can indeed share the partner logon credentials and each of you should register in the community individually (but sharing the same partner credentials).
Each of you will be able to post and collaborate in the community as individuals and you will still be able to access the Partner/Customer zones.

Hi,
how is it possible to connect to Provision Support and Metastorm BPM from the same account? We have a partner account for a company, so I'm able to access to partner zone, but I have a different account to ProVision Support and I cannot use it. Should I need to register different user to Community Central?

I think that it is best to send an email to communityAdmin@metastorm.com. They will be able to help you.
