Current Customer/Partner having trouble accessing the Customer Zone, Partner Zone, and or ProVision Support?

For current Customers and/or Partners:

 

If you did not originally register with your Customer Zone, Partner Zone or ProVision support credentials, you can update your profile after the fact.  Once logged in, go to My Settings, and click on the Update Metastorm Profile link (see screen shots below).  From here you can update the Metastorm Customer Information section with your CZ, PZ, or ProVision Support credentials.  You will only need to update this information if you did not do so during registration and therefore are unable to access the CZ, PZ or ProVision Support areas.

 

NOTE:

 

* If you have a ProVision Support account as well as a separate Customer Zone account, upon registration or Profile Update, please enter your ProVision Support credentials in the Metastorm Customer Information section, and then contact communityadmin@metastorm.com to apply your existing Customer Zone permissions to your community profile.
