Linking two dropdown lists

I want to link two dropdown selections which are populated from a solution table.

I am using two columns "Division" and "Position held" from the table.

The first dropdown shows a distinct selection of all divisions, the second dropdown should show a filtered list of all positions for the selected division.

This isnt a value pair, as the division selection will have a number of corresponding positions fot that division

This was a simple task in V7.6 but I am stuck trying to get it to work in V9.1

Hi Nico,

That should be straight forward with 2 business objects. One is retrieving your divisions and the other is retrieving the positions. The second business object should have a parameter for the value selected in the decisions dropdown. Make the both drop down field depending on each other and set the query business objects in the data access panel to always refresh. The list values of the drop downs should be configured to use the query business objects.

That should do the trick.
