For security reasons, we do not allow the Originator to be editable.
Flags by their nature are intended for anonymous access.
If you wish this to be something other than anonymous, you can use the ECL to emulate a user via an user action request instead of a flag.
This would make the visual script or code more verbose, but would also be more flexible.

Where can I find the documentation for ECL? I was not able to find it in the customer zone under 9.0 docs.
Is the ECL part of 9.0 installation?

The ECL documentation is part of the SDK which has not yet been released for Version 9. This is due out this summer.
