V7 Inserting Hyperlinks

Hi All,

First time poster.

We're running an eService Desk application on BPM V7 and I'd like to be able to allow users to insert hyperlinks into call histories and the like to link to external URLs.

Is this possible and if so what tag/syntax is required around the URL?

Hi Jim,

Are you thinking about the end users entering URL's into Memo fields and having them show up as hyperlinks in hose Memo fields?

If that is the case I am afraid I am not aware of any way to do this.
