I am trying to look at the help inside of the modeler. I see the contents on the left side of the help window, but the right side of the help window stays on "Welcome to Metastorm M3" when I click, one-by-one, on most of the sections in the table of contents.

When I try to use the search, it is similar. I can search, and find things, on the left side of the help window. But nothing I have tried, so far, has changed the right side which just remains, "Welcome to Metastorm M3".

Very fancy, very frustrating, apparently useless.

I appoligize for the inconvenience.  This issus will be corrected in a future release.  The navigation does work under most circumstances.  However once you enter this state the only way to get the navigation within Help to work properly is to do a refresh and log back into M3.

The known steps to reproduce this are as follows.

1. Go to the help tab.

2. Select any of the items from the contents to show other help pages

3. Choose to create a new model (Help hidden so can see the opened window)

4. Close the “New Subject” (or appropriate child window)

5. Select another item from the contents and the help page doesn’t change. None of the links do, but the navigation will open and close still

Hi...

• any plans on supporting Firefox? ... latest level of FF jst results in a 404 error for the 'Help' tab
• Using IE 8 I can see the Help screens, but the lack of the ability to expand the grid severlys hampers it's use...next wave fix?
• Any chance that you will add the ability to view the grid in full screen mode...lot of good stuff to try to put in such a small window (tried IE8 and FF3.6.6

Yes, we do plan on supporting FireFox.

The next version will have additional viewing options for the widgets.  One of the options is a larger view.
