We are pleased to announce the availability of Metastorm ProVision / Knowledge Exchange 6.2 Service Release 4.

What's New
Metastorm ProVision 6.2 SR4 addresses a number of cases reported to Customer Support covering a wide variety of issues.  In addition, enhancements have been made in the following areas:

• Improved drawing support - Workflow Modeler provides better manipulation of modeling links to contextual objects.
• FireFox Support - The HTML Publisher is updated to work with the current version of FireFox.
• Improved Dimension maintenance - The manipulation of Dimension data has been improved.

Metastorm Knowledge Exchange 6.2 SR4 deals with a number of outstanding issues.  The following enhancements highlight the list:

• Improved Workspace Support - The REST services interfaces have been expanded to facilitate the Knowledge Exchange Model Viewer in the Metastorm Smart Business Workspace.
• Enhanced Model Warehouse - Model Warehouse has been enhanced to handle large amounts of text data in custom properties.
• Better support for 64-bit environments - The Knowledge Exchange installation has been improved for 64-bit environments.
• Improved hierarchical support - The management of parent-child links in hierarchical models has been improved.
