I am pleased to announce the availability of Metastorm ProVision Connect for Metastorm BPM Version 3.0. This release provides bi-directional connectivity between Metastorm ProVision and Metastorm BPM. Business analysts can easily transfer processes and associated objects from Metastorm ProVision to Metastorm BPM to fully automate for process execution. Likewise, Process designers and developers can transfer existing automated processes to Metastorm ProVision for further analysis and improvement.
This release is a direct replacement of the “ProVision to BPM Connector” created previously for Metastorm BPM V7.6. This release has been created for use with Metastorm BPM Version 9.0.2.3+ and Metastorm ProVision 6.2.3+.
This release includes significant enhancements to the previous release including:
- Improved integration of the conversion settings into both ProVision and BPM.
- The ability to covert BPM process models and associated objects to Metastorm ProVision.
- Conversion of swimlanes on the process model between ProVision and BPM.
- Conversion of BPM Business Objects from into ProVision Business Classes.
