Changing Caption on Map/Form object to also change Name

When drawing my processes/Forms I tend to place the objects I want onto the canvas and then double click on the text to change the label. It would be great if this would also change the object Name to be the caption without any spaces or other restricted characters when in the Default Language. Potentially this could be only when the object has the generic name (userAction10,GroupStage2,..) and not a name that has been explicitly changed, or for an object only just added to the canvas.

The alternative is you then go and change all the names, or fumble through selecting the correct object when defining visibility to objects, stage order for your maps etc.
