Ability to define more designer defaults

Addition of defaults for font type and size, starting form size and field caption alignment.

When you have a standard look and feel which is different from the Metastorm default in the designer, it would be good to set this across the Metastorm designer as a default. You can already set a default new form colour, however being able to set the default font type, size and caption alignment (eg default is currently to the "left", however we prefer "top"). Additionally, I like to target a certain form size when designing a process, so being able to define this would also be a welcome addition.
