Publishing help in ProVision for Shared Contextual Activities

Hi,

Does anyone know quickest way to publish WorkFlow Modeler with interpretations from ProVision that includes shared objects from other contexts (in same notebook)?  The only way I know is to open the entire context one by one and publish only that context.  Is there an option where when I select Level 1 workflow it picks up all CHILDREN contaxtual workflows/activities in that publish action, instead of me selecting each workflow nested process?

Chandra,

Try publishing from the Nested Model inventory view.  If that inventory view isn't displayed, it can be enabled by clicking 'Tools->Preferences' from the main menu and then selecting the Inventory tab.  On the Inventory tab is a check box labeled 'Enable Nested Model Inventory'.

In the Nested Model inventory, find the model from which you want to begin publishing, right mouse click and select 'Publish'.  This will invoke the publishing process with the selected model and all of it's descendants.  Note that the nested model inventory displays only first level models (models with no parent.)  If you wish to publish starting with a model that isn't first level then you'll need to navigate to the model by expanding its ancestors in the tree.
