Hello,
I'm trying to find out the best way to link an Object in Provision to a document held on a Sharepoint site using the artifact function.
I am able to create an Artifact under the Associations Tab for an object (in this case it is an Activity) and link the artifact to a document held on my local PC, however, I can't seem to be able to create an artifact and link it to a document held on a Sharepoint site.
Any thoughts?
I'm using Provision 6.2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

Hello Paul,
I was able to succesfully link to Sharepoint documents when I setup the artifact as a URL (I chose to not use 'launch internally'). See the attached image for how I setup my successful sample. To acquire the link you should use to point to your Sharepoint resource, if you are using IE you can right click on the file in Sharepoint and click 'Copy Shortcut'.
Regards,
Matt Michael

Hello Matt,
Sorry for the delay in replying. I'll have a look at what you have sent through and let you know how I get on.
Many thanks,
Paul
