Dears,
I would like to confront you guys with an major problem I have concerning the publishing of workflow models.
I have created different workflow models which contain general activities. These general activities group a set of specific activities, which I have put in a new workflow model and attached to its general activity.
When I open the workflow model, attached behind a general activity, I can see the in & outbound activities. But when I publish my repository to HTML, I can not see these in & outbound activities anymore. This is pretty unpleasant since it prohibits to see how some activities are triggered.
Can anyone help me out ?
Thanks in advance

Hello:
I would like to ask you for clarification on your request. I can offer the following advice that when you build a Workflow model and you drill down on a process activity that drill down becomes another Workflow model that also needs to be published. So when you publish a Workflow model the child model does not automatically publish.
If this does not answer your question could you please send me some screen shots that may help me better understand the problem.

Hello LS:
Thanks for sending the screenshots and the good explanation. ProVision does capture the input and output objects in a Workflow model which we call context sensitive objects, when you publish to HTML. The issue here is that you have reused this content in other models or contexts so you must make this selection when you publish.
So when you start publishing select the desired Workflow models and then select the drill down model (child model) After you select the child model a button called Advanced will appear in the upper right corner of the Publishing dialog box. Select the Advanced button and a second dialog will appear showing the multiple contexts for this model. The list will first name the contextual reference model and then its parent separated by a comma. You can then choose which context you wish to display for the HTML output.
