I have successfully installed ProVision V6.2.1 and Knowledge Exchange V6.2.1.
The below is in Knowledge Exchange 6.2 SR1 Help.
How ProVision works with Knowledge Exchange
Access is made by connecting repositories and transferring objects to Metastorm Knowledge Exchange from Metastorm ProVision. You can quickly move a notebook and its contents from a local drive to a remote server by simply dragging the notebook to a connected remote repository.
Accessing Knowledge Exchange from within ProVision
1. On the ProVision main menu, click Repository > Connect. The Repository Connection Wizard - Step 1 dialog is displayed.
2. Use the Repository Connection Wizard to access Knowledge Exchange from within ProVision.
I did the first step. The Repository Connection Wizard - Step 1 dialog is displayed. But there is not a choose that let me access to Knowledge Exchange. Why?

Hi Wen,
I suspect you do not have the JSERVER option in your license file (you can check by opening pvwlicense.lic and looking for JSERVER). I would advise requesting a new license file from Licensing with the JSERVER option. I believe you need to purchase this option if you do not have it and may want to talk to your Account Executive regarding this.
Regards,
Matt Michael

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your help!
My problem is caused by my license. I'm requesting for a license now. ![]()
