Cannot see models on Knowledge Exchange

Hi,

Regarding provision.

One of our application users is facing the attached error. Please advice.

Note:

1.He was able to checkout the notebook

2. We are using KE6.2.2 and the clinet version 6.2.2

3. Attachements also includes log files. Please find them.
