Any tips on auto resizing activities with long text names and when adding numbers?

I have experimented with having the activities auto-resize to help users when creating workflow models.  Sometimes the text is chopped off in the activity box, especially when adding numbers to a process step.  Is there a way to have ProVision automatically resize the objects - activities with long text names and when numbers are added?  I checked under the Preferences tab and have the option under the model tab checked to Automatically grow objects to contain name text.  I also used the Auto resize icon on the tool bar - highlight the activity you want to resize, then click on the icon and/or select the icon then select the activity to resize.  That works, but you manually have to do this.  Thanks.

Hi Rob,

What version are you using?  Do you have a specific use-case where this is reproducible?

Thanks,

Re: Any tips on auto resizing activities with long text names and when adding numbers?

Hi Matt,  I'm using version 6.3.1.  I could create a notebook for you to show you what I mean.  I was experimenting by creating workflows with long text to see if the activity would auto-resize.  When it didn't, I then selected the icon in the toolbar to auto-resize the activity and it would work when doing this manually.  Then I would number the activity to see if the box would auto-resize when the number was added.  It didn't.  But again, when I would select the auto resize icon and select the activity, the box would resize.

Let me know and I'll work on an example notebook with a workflow model you can look at.  Do you want me to resize the activities or just let them stay as is, as they were created?
