Process Engine Error while logging into Metastorm

Hi All,

We are getting an error:  Process Engine Error.

An Error occured in this process.  Please report the problem to your administrator.

Issue#1 Stored Procedure 'esp_get_custom_lists' failed.

Issue#2 Failed to execute 'Start Action'. Method

'OracleDatabaseConnector.UpdateAction', [arameter 'actionName' is null or empty.

Is any one knows why we are getting this error message?

How do we resolve this type of error message?

In an Oracle enviroment the Stored Procedure 'esp_get_custom_lists' failed error is nornally see as a result of a Session Time Out while working with the Web Client main page (moving between alert lists)...

There was a defect in the stored procedure that was reporting an error as a generic failure.  In hotfix version 9.0.3.6 this was fixed so that session timeouts are reported correctly in those circumstances.

For the second issue I would recommend contacting the Support Team for them to work through this with you.
