Access to the "Support Help Desk & Resources" sub-page

Hello:

My company has several "node"-licenses for provision bpa, Our customer support ID is Pa-19364-15576.

 

I installed Provision BPA 6.21 in April 2010, and, just tried to go into the "Support Help Desk & Resources"-sub-page to see about any latest patches/SR's.  

 

However, I just keep getting tossed back to the log-in/password screen.   When I re-enter my log-in/password, It just won't let me get past this.

 

The little blue status at the upper-right-hand corner shows that I'm getting overall-sucessful-access to the community page and its other sub-pages, i.e., Discuss/Learn/Ideas/Read, but, I just can get fully into the Support sub-page.

 

Can you help me get access.

You'll need to link your ProVision Support login credentials to your new community registration in order to have access to this part of the site. I'll send you a PM with more information.

   I have the same problem, where I'm being knocked back to the login page.

 

   What is the "Community Registration"?

Stephen,

Anyone can register and access the non-support sections of the community. Only users with valid Maintenance & Support contracts can access the support sites (ProVision Support, Customer and Partner Zones, Doc Search).

 

In order to access these sites, you must register with Metastorm Community Central and provide an Authorization Code on the registration form (long-standing customers might have a separate login or email address rather than an Auth Code). If you are entitled to support but do not know what your Authorization Code is or are having problems with access, please contact CommunityAdmin@metastorm.com.
