So where do we raise / track our provision tickets?

you are an existing ProVision customer then you need to click on the green "Support" Tab . From there you will see the entry in the Metastorm ProVision Support Site. You will be able to manage your tickets there as usual.
If you have any questions or issues that other community members might have or know the answer to, then post your question on the appropriate discussion board. To get there - click on "Discuss" tab.
