Hi All,
I know this has been asked several times and the answers have been the same. I have logged into the customer zone using this login account but there is nowhere on the page which allows me to download any software. My question(s) is.
- Do I need a particular type of account to download the software?
- Although my company has signed a licence agreement. I do not have does details and hence have simply registered on my own. Is this enough.?
- Could it be that only accounts which have licences will see the download section?
I know I have may questions here but I have been trying to find the download options all day and have not been successful. Everyone is telling me to go into the customer zone but there is nothing there. I just seem to come back to this forum.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Registering for Metastorm Community Central does not, by itself, provide access to the Support sites (Customer Zone, Partner Zone, ProVision Support, Doc Search). In order to access the Support sites, you must have a product maintenance agreement / license with Metastorm. Access to these sites must be linked to your Metastorm Community Central login as explained here http://communitycentral.metastorm.com/t5/Welcome/H
CommunityAdmin@Metastorm.com received your email regarding access, and you should be able to download the software now.
