We implemented SSO on v9.1.1 per the instructions.
Last week we applied hotfix 4 (v9.1.1.4) and it completely broke SSO. We have to set it up from scratch.
While I realize the patch says things were changed, it seems a shame it breaks basic set-up set up per instructions, such as SSO. Also, the message displayed about where "old" values were stored or logged doesn't appear to exist.
Additionally, I only found out there was a HF4 by chance. All hotfixes and releases used to be announced as posts in the Learn/Knowledge Base and Read/Blog sections of the site. Now there's nothing except the side banner. The 9.1.1 (SR1) Read/Blog was only posted after brining it to somebody's attention and they acnowledged it was overlooked?
Why the change in announcements for these types of things?

The posts to the Knowledge Base were not intentionally discontinued, and the missing Release Notes will be added. The move to the new OpenText registration/authentication system has caused new release posts to the Knowledge Base to be delayed.
I should add that the Knowledge Center (KC), which now houses all of the software and documentation downloads, has its own notification system that can be configured to email you whenever a new download has been added. There's a video available on the site that explains how to set this up. Once you're logged in to the KC, you can access the video from the page shown below.
I hope this helps.

FYI - part 2 crashes about 1:30 into the move and immediately starts part 3, even when I click past the 1:30 marker.
However, I may have gotten enough information to guess at the rest.

I'm not sure why you had a problem. After I read your post I watched all three videos (19 minutes and 3 seconds total) without incident. If you're having trouble, you should report it using the Knowledge Center Feedback Forum. The link is on the main Knowledge Center Help page.
