Am running v7.6x engine, web, and SQL Server DB Server on Win2008 and v9.1.1 engine, and web on Win2008R2 in a side-by-side configuration. Am able to get the administrative forms to open, but when selecting the blank forms we get an an error saying: "No map name or procedure name provided, unable to generate assembly name". Any ideas?

I haven't seend this error. Was the v9 environment working before configuring Side-by-Side?
BTW - I doubt this is related to your error, but you should ensure that the v7 and v9 repositories reside on the same DB server. The docs mentiond linked servers, but this is in error as we were not able to certify this configuration.

Thanks. Yes, the v9 environment worked previously and the v9 and v7 databases are on the same DB server (same box as the v7 web components). Since the post have tried installing a fresh new v9 engine and web component server pointed to the DB with the same results. Was wondering if our customized LDAP authentication script was the culprit, but using the generic SSO script gave us the same results. The v7 box works fine independently, but the error seems to be something with its configuration. Any other ideas Rob?

So, is the problem with a v7.6 process or a v9 one?

Technically it is a v9 since both instances work seperately, but won't work in the v9 client in a side-by-side configuration.

Hmmm... I ask, because it sounds like it might be a blank form for a v7.6 process but it is trying to open on the v9 engine. It might be best to open a ticket with the Help Desk and have them take a look at your configuration.
