Metastorm Deployment Service not running

Hi all,

I am using Metastorm 9 SR1, I had installed Metastorm in the following environment

• Windows XP
• Visual Studio 2008
• Sql Server 2008
• IIS 5.1

After installing I tried to start Metastorm Deployment Service and Metastorm Process Engine , but both gives the following error

“The Metastorm Process Engine Service on Local Computer Started and then Stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the performance Logs and alerts services”

Please help me to come out of this issue

just checking ... did you run the SQL eWorkProcedures.sql
AdminToolsProcedures.sql against the metastorm DB after you had installed SR1?

Yes, I executed all these SQLs in my DB after installing SR1.

Hi,

 I solved the problem , it is .net framework 2.0 compatibility issue, just by installing the following package the service started running
